Will 120cm fit my old fluorescent batten?
Yes if G13 120cm. this is T8 120cm with G13 pins - same length as old 40W fluorescent. Measure end-to-end 120cm. LED works best with direct mains or LED-ready gear - old magnetic ballast + starter may need bypass by electrician. Power off during swap.

What is the difference between 120cm 18W and 60cm 9W?
Length and output. 60cm 9W 900lm for kitchens and small offices, 120cm 18W 1800lm double for large offices and shops. Check batten length - not interchangeable.

Do I need to remove starter or ballast?
Often yes. Many LED tubes need starter removed / ballast bypassed for direct 220V. Do not install until electrician confirms wiring - wrong gear causes flicker or no start.

What do lumen, wattage and CRI mean?
Wattage (W) is the power the lamp uses. Lumen (lm) is how bright it is. CRI (0-100) shows how accurately the light shows colors, and above 80 is good for homes. This lamp is 12W, 1200lm, CRI >80.
