Return Policy:

 We accept returns on the below cases:

  • Purchasing receipt is a must for any return or exchange.
  • Defective or damaged goods if they are within 14 days will be exchanged through delivery with no additional fees.
  • Unsuitable goods (if you change your mind) can be exchanged within 14 days of your purchase date from our stores or by delivery (delivery fees will be applied).
  • Defective or damaged goods if they are within the warranty period will be exchanged through our stores.
  • Refund is within 14 days from purchasing date through our stores.
